해외 유저 (GT Planet) 리뷰가 있어서 퍼왔습니다.

크리스마스 전후 하여 모두들 직접 언박싱 할 수 있을것으로 예상하고 있습니다. :)

What's in the box:

The CSS-SQ comes with:

-3 cables

-2 shifter knobs

-6 bolts and 6 special nuts that slide into anyside of the shifter

Mouting options 

The variable mounting options made it very easy for me to find a good solution of mounting it to my 80/20 rig. The special nuts can be used on all four sides and you can slide them up and down. On the bottom there are 4 M6 threated holes. The drilling template can be downloaded here: http://eu.fanatec.com/download/CSS-CSSSQ_DrillingTemplate.pdf

- 동봉된 4개의 너트를 이용해서 네 방향에서 모두 마운팅이 가능함.

How does it feel / shift:

I can't compare it with any other shifter, because this is my first. 

The shifter feels great in both H-pattern and Sequential mode. Swichting modes is very easy and can be done ingame even while racing (depending on the sim) by using the slider on either side. When you put the shifter in gear you can feel and hear a good solid click. 

- H 패턴과 시퀀셜 모드 변경이 매우 간단한 편이며, 게임중 / 레이싱 중에도 가능한 수준 (잠깐의 시간은 필요로 하겠죠)

- 쉬프팅 변경시 딸깍음

The restistance of going into gear can be adjusted by turning a screw on the left hand side. The restistance from left to right in the H-pattern mode is a bit lower as i would have liked and is unaffected by this adjustment screw.

- 답력 변경 가능

- 왼쪽 부분에 너트를 조임으로 답력 변경

- H Pattern 의 경우 좌우 움직임에 대한 답력은 다소 덜 영향 받음

The resistance in sequential mode is higher than in H-pattern mode, which is a very cool feature. The adjustment screw adjusts both modes at the same time, so if you want high resistance in the H-pattern mode, you may have to turn it down before you use the sequential mode. The up and downshift in the sequential mode can be mapped to the shifter paddles on the wheel or mapped as two seperate buttons. 

- 시퀀셜 모드의 경우 답력 조절이 더 영향 받음

- 상하에 대한 약간의 답력 차이가 발생한다고함

You can shift pretty fast without even missing one shift. The rear and 7th gear require you to push down the shaft first: 

I did notice one issue with my shifter in the sequential mode: The upshift is/feels stronger than the downshift. I

- 시퀀셜 모드의 경우 위쪽 방향이 좀더 강한 답력을 보여주고 하단이 좀더 약하게 느껴진다고함.

-push down for selecting 7th gear and reverse 7단(PC사용) 및 R 기어

Cons (단점)

-resistance from left to right in H-pattern a bit to low 왼쪽에서 오른편으로 갈때의 답력이 약함 (H패턴)

-USB adapter needed for non fanatec users at extra cost (어댑터 별도 판매)

-When the shifter knop is thightend the Fanatec logo is not alligned (see first picture)(very small con) 

-The shape of the shifter makes it difficult to mount it under something with only the shifter handle sticking out. This makes it unsuitable for some rigs. 쉬프터 모양으로 인해 무언가의 아래 마운팅하기가 쉽지 않음

-No confirmation of next gen console compatibility yet 향후 콘솔 지원 문제

-In my case: The up and downshift in sequential mode do not feel the same 시퀀셜 모드에서의 위/아래 답력 차이

The difference in feeling between up and downshift is possible but it cannot be big.

Conclusion (결론)

Overall Fanatec did a very good job with this shifter. This shifter comes highly recommend. At 199,- this is a very good deal.
